Dr. Ola AL-FAWARES started her academic journey at Jordan University of Science and Technology. In 2015, she received a Campus France fellowship to pursue Ph.D. study at Universite Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier, France. Currently, Dr. AL-FAWARES serves as an assistant professor of microbiology at Al-Balqa Applied University, Jordan. The main research interests fall into the fields of microbiology, such as probiotics in the pharmaceutical industry and molecular diagnostics for infectious diseases. Dr. AL-FAWARES has also been involved in various teaching, student thesis supervision, and training duties at different graduate and undergraduate levels at Al-Balqa Applied University.
